Jubilee is CLOSED for January and February 2024. Re opening 1st March

Of course, that doesn’t mean that nothing is happening. Ros and the work parties will be making lots of improvements at Jubilee in time for the re opening on 1st March.

Leamington Angling Committee

New Member

We are very pleased to welcome Mark Daffern to the Committee. Mark is well known to many of you as a member of the Tenchfishers and is also a Level 2 Coach with the Angling Trust. Mark will be arranging coaching and events for juniors to encourage more young people to take up the sport.

At this time of year, we are a bit short of photos of catches from members so, if you are going out, let me have a few snaps. It doesn’t have to be a huge fish, just a picture and a few comments to encourage the rest of us to get out there. Just because Jubilee is not open at the moment and the rivers are in flood, doesn’t mean you can’t fish. Why not give the canal a try? Snitterfield Reservoir is still fishing well as are College Pool and Ryton. Just be very careful when there is flood water about. Here are a few images from 2023 to remind us of our angling year….
